Membership

Explained.

Membership in  The Steward Club  establishes an ongoing relationship between a remarkable home and

the Steward entrusted with understanding it.

The value of this relationship grows through continuity.

Every return adds familiarity.

Every observation adds understanding

Every year adds confidence.

Stewardship Membership starts at $499 per month, billed annually.

Membership is individually established for each property following the initial Steward Assessment, during which the home's size, complexity, systems, and long-term stewardship requirements are carefully evaluated.

The final membership reflects the unique stewardship requirements of the property and the level of continuity required to preserve it.

A Stewarded home becomes increasingly understood with

every passing year.

The Steward
Promise

 A Dedicated Steward

Every membership is entrusted to a dedicated Steward.

The same individual returns throughout the relationship, gradually developing a level of understanding that cannot be achieved through occasional visits or changing personnel.

The Steward comes to know the home's character.

Its systems.

Its craftsmanship.

Its rhythms.

Its priorities.

Nothing begins again.

Every visit begins where the last one ended.

Over time, familiarity becomes understanding.

And understanding becomes one of the home's greatest assets.

2

 The Initial Steward Assessment

Every stewardship relationship begins with understanding.

Before continuity can exist, the home must first be known.

The Initial Steward Assessment is a comprehensive, room-by-room documentation of the property.

Every accessible space is carefully reviewed.

Every major system is observed.

Every room is photographed.

Materials, finishes, fixtures, appliances, equipment, and architectural details are fully documented.

The home's distinguishing characteristics become part of its permanent record.

Nothing is rushed.

Nothing is assumed.

This first visit establishes the foundation upon which every future visit is built.

From that moment forward, the Steward never begins again.

3

 The Steward Visit

Every Steward Visit builds upon everything that came before it.

The Steward arrives already familiar with the home's history.

Previous observations are reviewed.

Recommendations are revisited.

Seasonal priorioties are addressed.

Meaningful changes are documented.

Each visit considers the home as a complete living system rather than a collection of individual tasks.

As understanding grows, the value of every visit grows with it.

Because Stewardship is not measured by repetition.

It is measured by continuity.

4

 The Home Record

Every stewarded home develops a permanent Home Record.

More than a collection of reports, it is the living history of the property.

Observations.

Recommendations.

Completed work.

Photographic documentation.

Equipment information.

Seasonal changes.

Significant improvements.

Every Steward Visit adds another chapter.

Over time, the Home Record becomes one of the property's most valuable assets.

A continuous record of how the home has been understood, cared for, and preserved.

With the homeowner's authorization, this record may accompany the property to its next owner or remain with the family for the next generation.

Because stewardship preserves more than a home.

It preserves knowledge. And that is the most valuable asset.

5

 The Steward Report

Following each visit, members receive a Steward Report.

Each report documents meaningful observations, recommendations, and matters deserving future attention.

It provided a clear understanding of the home's current condition while contributing to its permanent history.

Over time, each report becomes part of a much larger history.

One that grows in value with every return.

6

 Trusted Coordination

When additional expertise is required, the Steward is able to coordinate the appropriate professionals at the homeowner's request.

Because the Steward already understands the home, every recommendation is made within the context of its history rather than as an isolated event.

The objective is never simply to complete a task.

It is to preserve continuity.

Protect craftsmanship.

Maintain standards.

And ensure every decision honors ownership.

7

 The Membership Standard

Every Steward is entrusted with a limited number of homes.

Every home follows a comprehensive Annual Stewardship Calendar, ensuring the home's systems, seasonal priorities, and long-term preservation receive thoughtful attention throughout every year.

This preserves the time, attention, familiarity and continuity upon which stewardship depends.

Membership is considered thoughtfully so every home receives the standard of care stewardship requires.
